[sdiy] Bode FS/Vocoder schematics

They are in the Norlin Moog service docs. Somebody should have them.

If I were going to build a Frequency Shifter, I would go for the  
design in Electronotes #83, it uses like half as many parts and is  
cleaner and quieter.

The Bode units I have tried only have sideband suppression of 20 - 30  
dB.
