The kit from Whine Country is a joke so run, not walk, away from them.
Here's the instructions they send you and they don't even give you full
instructions or all the parts!!!

I did a PCB design back in '97 or so but it isn't feasible these days.
It used PD508 octal sample and holds which are no longer cost effective.
I think the best route is to go surface mount using discrete demux ICs
and quad opamps with individual hold caps. As soon as I finish up some
other projects I'm probably going to build one or two for personal use.
