The local Plastics shop showed me how they "machine" plastic.  Their cutter
uses a laminate router, and when its done cutting, they use a flame to
polish the edges.  Acrylic is nifty, the flame smooths everything right out.

I got set of wheels done by them a while back on their laser cutter.
Definatly the best way to go however I havent nailed exactly how to do the
bushing in the middle yet.
