[sdiy] type of lamp used in Fender Rhodes pre amp ?

I had to replace mine. I have an old one here that I think is my
spare. I remembered it being just a two digit number so I'm 99% sure
this is it.

GE #12
.15A 6.3V .945W G4 2-Pin Base G3.5 Glass

I made one until I could find one by just soldering a couple of pins
on a T base bulb. Still have it, in fact. I think I bought a
replacement at Allied Electric. A long search yielded this part
number: Allied Stock# 244-0034

Hope this helps.
