Not with the ID-Mark system.  Now, Horizon has another product called
MetalPhoto which is available on 1/8" Aluminum but its a far more involved
process.  I got enamored with ID-Mark because its so simple and requires
only light and water.  It is a little touchy to use on large panels
however but I have done a 19x3U panel successfully.

There's also the Paia FracRak however it looks like you can no longer order
it without the top/bottom/back?  Thats kinda a bummer.

There are several companies that make "modular" rack cases.  You start with
a front panel, select whatever depth sides you want, attach the back panel,
etc etc.  The same company did lots of Eurocard stuff which might also be an
option for you to look into depending where you are located.
