It's certaainly possible to make an approximate exponential
generator from a few (say three) AD633 multipliers, but I
don't think it is practical.
I don't think the AD633 is thermally stable enough, certainly you
can make a great ring modulator from it, but any exponential
configurations are going to magnify the drift & errors.
Certainly you won't get anything useable over 10 octaves!!!

Not to say that interesting functions can't be built from multipliers. 
A few ideas are in "Function Circuits" by Wong & Ott.
