Yep and it's a lousy bank of switches. An 8x8 matrix would be better
from a synthesis perspective. Moreover, how often do I want to select
between 61+ levels instantly? I can tell you, zero times. You're
trying to find a problem that fits the existing solution.

I'm not interested in pedantic debates. I don't control lights with my
synths, I use them to produce music. End of story.
