I buy them often from rapid in the uk...

Theyve certainly been out of stock at some point in the past when ive tried, 
and, id assume, due to their (rapid's) size, and them being in the same 
country as cliff (well cliff started in england) that they would buy them 
direct, rather than from a distributer...

Who knows though : )
