[sdiy] Synth book and resource list

Hey guys,

     I just toss this over to the folks on the dotcom list, but I
figured you'd like to get in on the action too. I've been meaning to
assemble a list of books, web pages, and other resources for folks new
to synthesizer engineering and synth-DIY for a few years. Today I got
started with it, and the list is here:

As always, this list is FAR from complete. I'll be adding more bits,
but if you have any opinions on what should go up there too, please
let me know. I hope that this will become a resource that any DIYer
can point a newcomer for more in-depth information.
