[sdiy] driving relays with 4017

Howdy,

 I am building a sequencer using a 4017 as the
counter. output 5v at 10ma. how do I drive a 5v relay
needing 400ma? I don't know whether to use a single
transistor or a Darlington pair nor how to hook it up.
