[sdiy] CEM chip CEM3391

Hi,
in the 1980's Digisound did a pcb that was designed for the CEM3391 and 
it would work without a microprocessor as far as I can remember.
I think there is some info at http://www.digisound80.co.uk/digisound/
but I wouldn't recommend using the CEM or the SSM chips for new designs 
as this means there are less available for repairs.
