Quick question -

Anyone know what ampage the OSCar's REG2 is rated at?

I suspect 100ma, but im not sure. The original is a TO-92 package, with -

320L
79L
05A

on it.

Im choosing between this 1amp regualtor-

and this 100ma one-

Fitting too high an ampage regulator - is that simply a space/price loss, or
so larger spec'ed regualtors fail to regualte correctly at lower currents?
