[sdiy] Futurelec Customer Service?

Quite frankly, I could care less if they charge my card when the
order is placed. What would upset me in this case is the horrid
communication and lack of information. After all, if they're
special-ordering something for me, or have a part backordered I'd
rather give them money up front to secure what I need before it runs
out.
Communication is key!
