There's a page in English at http://torlus.com/floppy/. The gist
of the French page is :
Emulates Shugart FDD (SIDE, RDATA, TRK00, DIR, STEP, INDEX,
DRVSEL0, DRVSEL1) and the Amiga additional signals READY and
DSKCHG. Does 250 kb/s and 500 kb/s, MFM and Amiga encodings,
single- and double-side.
Supports MMC & SDCard (for standalone operation) and USB for
connection to a host.
At the moment, it's still a prototype and only USD and MFM are
implemented.
The host-side software requires the FTDI D2XX drivers. His primary
platform appears to be Windows but there is a Linux version of the
driver.
