[sdiy] E112 and E101 FETs

I don't know what those fets are doing in that circuit.. but the variation
between individual fets of the one type can be quite drastic.
People experience a lot of trouble on the diy guitar effect list because of
this.
Replicating old gear, there is always the problem that fets may have been
hand selected or matched.
