[sdiy] demuxing 4017 inputs

Surely just needs a resistor to ground (eg 100k) on the clock input of 
the 4017? This'd get rid of the spurious triggerings you've got when 
there's nothing connected. Simple diode mixing should work out just fine 
from there....
