[sdiy] CD4053B Pinout

Ahoy...

I'm looking to build an ASM-1 ADSR, which features a
CD4053B. However, I can't find a pinout that readily
corresponds with the symbols used in the schematic.

Hope someone can make sense of it, as I can't :\
