You could convert current to voltage and then drive
two scaled voltage to current converters...

~or~ you could drive two current mirrors, one set up
to deliver the same current and one set up to deliver
2X current (parallel transistors) if that would work for you.

I'm imagining what you might be trying to do and can't think
of a real simple way
