Co-incidence or what ?

The photo appears to show a mains plug on top of the module?
"ask seller a question" could be useful ?
I bet it is based on the old 8038 waveform generator

Alan - I bet I got it wrong again

# Dear SYTH DIY Folk,
# In my scavenging I have found many interesting looking modules for
# teaching electronics. Ocilators, Amps a pulse divider These units
# have a company Name Damon and "Project Physics"
# My web searches have yielded no results. Does anyone know about
# this company and the modules in question? I would love to see what
# sounds might be possible.
# I do not know what Voltages drive these units and do not want to fry
# anything while figuring it out.
# Any info greatly appreciated!
# Tom Rose
