[sdiy] Question on using EAGLE for Front panel designs

The software options suggested run on Windows, which is not an option for 
me.
I am sure there is a way to do what I want to do in EAGLE, I just cannot 
seem to find it in the manual or tutorials.

Any EAGLE user have advice?
