[sdiy] Making Cables

I thought I saw directions from Paul S. on the MOTM list to connect both
ends. However, I have a bunch of cables that I made up myself for a
mixing console patchbay which are stereo with shield connected at only
one end and have had no problems using them on my MOTM.
The reasoning is to prevent ground loops. As long as the shield reaches
a good ground at one end it will still perform its duty. Maybe Paul
will chime in on his reasoning to connect both ends.

Right now my cables have the ground connected at both ends. I'm getting ready to make a bunch more, and want to make sure I do it correctly.
