[sdiy] Interest in Synthacon VCF PCB?

Alright I have a few orders now. This is encouraging. Since you are helping
me out by ordering these PCBs you are saving me money. This means I can
afford to eat domestic shipping costs. Orders outside the continental United
States will need to pay shipping and I'll only ask for the actual cost here.
The goal with this is to get nicer quality PCBs for less. The actual file
for Express PCB is here:
http://www.somnium7.com/samples/rev4.pcb
If you open the file and compute cost for 24 pieces shipping to Virginia
USA, it comes to...
$13.285833333333333333333333333333/each
I rounded up to cover packaging.
Feel free to use the file to order your own if you're not a group-order-type
of person. However, if there is enough people interested I can increase the
number of PCBs ordered and reduce the overall price. I am willing to do that
within limits. I've done a few mass-orders here before so I know they get a
bit crazy after a point. Should the situation arise, I'm gonna stop at 50
pieces regardless.. Sorry but more than that is too much work for me. At 50
pieces the price per board comes to $7.1692 and again I will round up to
$7.50 to cover envelopes and such.
I thank you all for the interest and for helping me get better PCBs than I
can usually afford.
Mike
PS: the circuit has been in use for two years now. works great and sounds
fantastic. I added functionallity to the design but kept the sound true to
the actual synth. The FET output booster makes it sound more like it's going
through the original diode VCA in the actual Synthacon IMO. Probably not
important to most people but it is to me.
OTOH, The turbo mode is nice for people like me who love something trully
excessive from time to time.
