[sdiy] [OT] spam-blocker?

Normally for Mailman lists the only block is that the email must come
from a subscribed address. But could also be (a) the message is too
large, (b) the message has attachments (e.g. files or html parts). And
depending on the list settings you may not get a bounce notification if
your message is not accepted.
