[sdiy] speaker to line out conversion

Replace the speaker by an 8 ohm resistor & then run wires from the two ends
of the resistor to the jack (have one wire go via a 50 microfarad cap).

Might be a bit below line level, but not much.

(some people just leave the speaker in place. You can do that if it isn't
annoying, or put a switch to choose speaker/resistor). Some people glue the
speaker solid, but that is barbaric!)
