I also agree with Tony on this one.
I like the way unvarnished wood ages, whilst arnished wood ages very badly.
The end pannels on this ms20 are oiled oak, and that, in itself, will change
slightly over time.
Im generally not a fan of wood stains either. Better to use wood that you
like to start with, i recon?
Again, the wood came from Jeff at customsynth.co.uk
Id recommend his work if youre after such things and dont want to DIY them
