[sdiy] Fat Controller firmware update

Hi,

For anyone building or using my Fat Controller, a minor update: support 
for note off on MIDI Note On with Velocity 0 (previously it only 
responded to real Note Off messages).

If you purchased a pre-programmed PIC you can send it back for 
re-programming if you really need this feature, but please don't unless 
you *really* need it :)
