You might check CoolAudio

They show 1024, 2048 and 4096 stage BBDs. One thing to watch for
though: if you design the board for through-hole parts, make sure your
source plans to offer through-hole parts for the immediate future. I
tried placing a large order to CoolAudio (for some other chips) and
after receiving through-hole samples, was told that through-hole parts
weren't available unless I wanted to order 5K pieces. Ouch.
