Do you mean a dual 512 stage??  Presumably you will either use a dual, 
or 2 of them for stereo.
If so then the MN3002 seems available for fairly reasonable price.

I'd be very interested in this PCB .. I've been planning to build a 
Storm Tide Flanger for a long time - got a SAD1024 sitting around 
waiting, but so far not the time to actually do it!
