[sdiy] OT: a new market? (cr78 programmer...)

It is an incredible price, but your theory is not correct. It's just that
the programmers are really rare, and you can't create new patterns in a
CR-78 without one (or without something that generates the same sequence of
signals, I suppose). I have both a CR-78 and the programmer. The CR-78 works
fine; there's nothing wrong with its memory. The programmer is somewhat
frustrating to use because it doesn't seem to have any contact debouncing
circuits.

If the programmers are fetching $500 I should sell mine to finance my SDIY
projects... ;-)
