I've never actually tried - never had a 15v supply - but its worked out 
fine on 12v...
I'd have thought, yes, the range may be slightly different. Other than 
that I'd reckon you'd just need to double check things like offset 
voltages / waveform amplitudes and maybe tweak a few resistances 
accordingly..
