There's a number of circular saw blades that will cut not too thin
aluminum sheet cleanly. Most of the have a special "trapezoid" tooth
geometry and ceramic tooths. In fact I have one of those on my saw
currently that will cut anything but stone - and for that I have a
diamond blade. Do not use any blade on aluminum where the manufacturer
doesn't expressly allow it - aluminum has a tendency to stick to the
blades and that would be very dangerous. I would try to get a blade
that does not require lubrication. It helps if you can adjust the
speed of the saw, otherwise the blade needs to be matched to the rpm of
your saw.
