There's a number of circular saw blades that will cut not too thin 
aluminum sheet cleanly.  Most of the have a special "trapezoid" tooth 
geometry and ceramic tooths.  In fact I have one of those on my saw 
currently that will cut anything but stone - and for that I have a 
diamond blade.  Do not use any blade on aluminum where the manufacturer 
doesn't expressly allow it - aluminum has a tendency to stick to the 
blades and that would be very dangerous.  I would try to get a blade 
that does not require lubrication.  It helps if you can adjust the 
speed of the saw, otherwise the blade needs to be matched to the rpm of 
your saw.
