[sdiy] Cut Aluminum

Whenever ive had aluminium cut, ive specificaly asked that they can use a
guilliotine, rather than a saw.

That way theres no finishing of the edge needed afterwards.

Aluminium is, of course, easy enough to file/sand, but that does meen all
your pannels are either a)going to need quite a bit of attention being paid,
or b)be fractionaly different sizes.

I wouldnt have thought a decent guilotine could be that cheap : (

On occasion, when ive had sheets cut, its been apparent that theres been a
pause in the middle (ie the sheet hasnt been done in one cut) which in
itself, creates a burr of sorts.

My place changed their pricing too... I used to be able to go in, pay cash,
etc. but then they bought in minimum orders, invoices, etc.etc. : (
