[sdiy] Fully assignable sequencer

Damn good idea Ken. I think I'm going to use that. Not only is it
precise and readable at a glance, but, it's easy to put on a pcboard
and it's very compact. Moreover, you only need to make one square hole
for each bank of thumbwheels.
