Hope you're not offended, but I think the layout could have been done  
better. Look at the ground connections of the big filter capacitors  
C1 and C2. The ground trace from the transformer's center tap to C2  
is partly common with the ground trace from the regulators' reference  
grounds to the output. The trace from the transformer to the filter  
caps carry a rather huge pulsating current, thus polluting the  
output. On the non-ground sides of the caps it's done quite well: no  
common traces here.

Also I'd place heat traps around the pads in the ground plane  
(similar like you've done in the first revision). These are going to  
be difficult to solder without heat traps.

Comparing the schemo with the layout I noticed that R3 and VR1 are  
swapped; R4 and VR2 are swapped as well. I don't think this matters  
for the function of the circuit, but it makes troubleshooting more  
difficult if schemo and layout don't match.

Funny symbol for electrolytic caps, I never saw it like that.
