[sdiy] Frontpanel graphics, direct toner.

I do direct toner method with a rebuilt laminating machine.

1:clean the alu panel from fat oils etc.
2:if you want a brushed type of look, sandpaper it in one direction.
3:etch the panel in natriumhydroxide for a couple of minutes, (vent the gases.)
4:rinse in water.
5:dry under a hot fan.
6:print your graphics mirrored on a laser printer using glossy paper.
7:put that print on top of your aluminium panel.
8:feed the whole hoopla trough the laminator a couple of times.
(can be done by using a flat-iron.)
9:take a bucket, fill it with warm water.
10:put the just laminated hoopla into the water and soak until the paper easily
  releases from the panel, aid with fingers.
11:spray the panel with varnish, enamel, lacquer.
12:done!
