Hi Jürgen,

for small quantities I would say MFOS or Elby-Design.
For higher quantities I suggest Precision Resistor (US) and Weltronic 
(Germany/Europe).
I did a groupbuy some time ago at Weltronic.
At the moment a groupbuy is organized in the Midibox-Forum ->

(German language, but I think its no great problem if someone posts in
