Six octaves is going to be hard to get exactly in tune, I'd have  
thought. I know from tuning the oscillators on my Korg Polysix that  
you have to decide that "good enough" is good enough. Obviously some  
are better than others, but analogue oscillators just don't hold a  
strict tuning over many octaves. That's the point of 'em, in a way -  
if you wanted rock solid strict tuning, you'd be using digital.
