[sdiy] Korg KR-55 Trigger Inputs

I added inputs to mine to hook up to a paia midi>cv.
I remember it being very easy to figure out. I think there was even a 
connector you could unplug to separate the pattern generator from the 
sound section.

If you need any help, I can pop mine apart and take a peek if you want.
