When someone sends a message to the list and CCs you, Mailman sees
that you are CC'd and doesn't deliver that post to you. It's not a
bug, it's a feature of Mailman. A dubious one perhaps, but not a
bug.

To get all posts, including those CC'd to you, set "Avoid
duplicate copies of messages" to "no" in
