I simply put them in series with the ps lines, so the +/- 12 V  supply 
voltages are reduced to about +/- 9 V at the opamp pins.  The caps are 
connected from the opamp pins to ground.  I also  distribute the gain 
between two opamp stages, with the first stage (the decoupled one) set at K 
= 56.  This ensures that the first stage will not clip and that the HF 
response won't get rolled off.
