Something I loved about the Prophet (P5 Rev 3.0):

You could plug the CV out (for the lowest note) into the CV in (which would 
steal one voice from the uC control). That way, you had a "Prophet 4", with 
4-VCO bass note and three 2-VCO solo or chord voices.

Howdy,

 i love the unison on my prophet-600 and T-8. My
Multi-trac is great too, but it has a separate out
plug for each voice giving me the best of both worlds.
if you can't use this function, you apparently don't
care for BIG sounds. They have their place, but i can
see where some folks may not care for them.
