Yeah, BL3205, however when I contacted them 4 years ago ( around the time I
did the BL3208 group purchase ) they were able to make them but did not yet.
I rather doubt someone else has started up a production line to make BBDs.
I cant imagine the world market is large enough to support that, so I'm
betting these are just house branded Shanghai Belling parts...
As far as Maxon's comments... I'm fairly certain the Ibanez AD-9 reissue
uses a *pair* of BL3208 in the normal DIP8 package not the extended BBD 8pin
package we all know and love. Furthermore I bet they have just daisychained
the two BL3208's unstead of buffering between them which I have found is
required to adjust for offset from chip to chip.

So, even tho the "serious effects sites" dont care for the BL3205, I'll
reserve judgement until I have some. I do kinda lump guitar effects junkies
in the same bucket as Audiophiles for some things... besides also I'm not
interesting in closing some old effect, I'm interesting in what happens
around 16k stages of BBD and if I can cheaply buy some parts to get that
chipcount down a bit, I'm all over it...
