A simpler way than `blowing them up'. Look in, say, the Farnell catalogue. 
You will find that voltages are pretty consistent for any one given size. As 
most are 50V or above we don't normally concern ourselves but if you NEED to 
know because you have a specifically high voltage then you could try the 
other suggestion......
0603 typically 50V
0805 typically 50V but 25V and 10V for some VERY large values
1206 100V but 16V and 25V for some LARGE values
