[sdiy] Nice Noise Source

In 1972 I did a recording using an FM receiver
and its (manual) tone controls to synthesize
'ocean' sounds.  Crude but it worked OK.

You'd need to find a quiet band... a lot harder
today than it was then. Must be sunspots or something
