You just need some kind of delayed relay with normally closed
to ground contacts that shuts down the final audio path from the
synth to your audio stuff at power on then opens its
contacts after the supply is stabilized to let
the audio come out. The circuit that drives the relay
could also close its contact (and the audio) when shutting off
the synth then finally shut the supply down.
