[sdiy] ARP AXXE ADSR problem ?

Hello SDIY friends,

I have an ARP AXXE the is giving me hard time...

the problem is in the ADSR.

if the Attack slider is about 5 mm higher than the Release slider, the
ADSR seems to works.

if the the level is about the same or A lower than this offset (5 mm)

the ADSR is always  on (like a VCA open)

there is neg voltage that is leaking in but I'm not able to trace it

on TP4 I'm getting from -6 to lower voltages

To clarify:
A) CV and GATE signals are correct
B) connectors are clean and firm
C) I changed the 2 lm301 of the ADSR circuit
D) checked all Caps in the area
E) checked trannies
F) the VCA is closed and only the VCA with ADSR is high
