Heeelp! I have and old device, where is mounted an HC5514P (memory) I suspect the SRAM is dead... 1) Can I consider uPD444 or HM6514 correct substitutes (not the 2114...) (CMOS types) 2) do you know of any seller for this IC in Europe ? thank you Antonio
