[sdiy] Cleaning a sealed helipot

Hi list

I've got one of those excellent ten-turn helipots with
"safe style" knob but it turns out that the inside of
it is less excellent and it'll need a good scrub. The
thing is though that it's sealed. How do you get into
these puppies, has anyone tried this before?

(for those who don't know what i'm talking about,
here's a picture of a pot looking quite similar to
mine (but without the knob)
