[sdiy] Updated VCLFO now with wave distortion CV input

I've updated my PIC-based VCLFO project.

http://www.tomwiltshire.co.uk/sdiy/lfo.html

I've added a WAVE DISTORT CV input which can morph a triangle wave into
a ramp up or ramp down (or similar for other waves). It uses phase
distortion in a rather similar manner to the Casio CZ synths, except at
LFO frequencies (this is a PIC, after all...).

I've also added a SYNC input, which everyone seemed to think was a good
idea. You can reset either LFO wave cycle or the S&H clock or both.
Note that the SYNC input is set up as a hard-sync reset, rather than a
replacement clock. This way of doing things has some advantages and
some disadvantages - like most other ways of doing things!

Please have a look - any comments appreciated.

Tom
