[sdiy] Moog ladder high pass

Some time ago instructions were posted on this list to add a HP input to the 
moog ladder (done by Tom Gamble I think), I added this to one of my desktop 
synths and it was great. Does anyone know where the original discussion (or 
the input itself) is located? From looking at the circuit I would guess it 
involves lifting the cap at the base of the ladder from ground and going in 
there but I dont have any gear here to test.
